Dr. Elizabeth Peebles Sager
Dr. Elizabeth Peebles Sager retired from the United States Air Force in June 2024, after 30 years of service. She graduated from the United States Air Force Academy in 1998, then attended Tulane University School of Medicine. She completed her general surgery residency at Wright State University / Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, then completed her plastic and reconstructive surgery training at the University of Cincinnati.
She is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) and the American Association for Physician Leadership (AAPL). Dr. Sager is a certified physician executive (CPE). Prior to military retirement, Dr. Sager was the Chief of Surgery and Surgical Quality Officer at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida.

Breast Procedures
Dr. Sager offers the full spectrum of breast surgery. Her expertise includes breast augmentation, mastopexy (breast lift), and breast reduction surgery. In addition, she has over 20 years of experience performing complex breast revisions of all types. She can also address gynecomastia (male breast enlargement) with superior aesthetic outcomes. Implant exchange or removal is also available.
Body Procedures
Dr. Sager can create a customized surgical treatment plan for excess/deflated skin following massive weight loss. She is renowned for her aesthetic results for abdominoplasty (tummy tucks). Liposuction for body contouring is also offered. Extensive surgical options are available, ranging from all types of scar revisions, to fat grafting, to multi-stage surgical options for life-changing results.
